Apply to The City of Manchester Lead Program

The City of Manchester currently runs a $3.69M HUD project to address lead & healthy home hazards in the City of Manchester. We began enrolling new properties into our program in 2019. We expect to enroll properties through September 2022.

If you have not yet submitted your application to our program, please contact us soon to inquire if there is funding remaining. We will need to know the property's address, number of units, and whether the property is under a lead warning or state lead order. If there is funding remaining, we will send you an application.

Contractors: Interested in becoming a Pre-Qualified Lead Abatement Contractor for the Manchester Lead Program?  All contractors will need to complete a prequalification application in order to attend bidwalks and bid on new projects.

Lead abatement training sessions will be available for new contractors and workers.
