Apply to The City of Manchester Lead Program
The City of Manchester currently runs a $3.69M HUD project to address lead & healthy home hazards in the City of Manchester. We began enrolling new properties into our program in 2019. We expect to enroll properties through October 2022.
If you have not yet submitted your application to our program, please contact us soon to inquire if there is funding remaining. We will need to know the property's address, number of units, and whether the property is under a lead warning or state lead order. If there is funding remaining, we will send you an application.
Contractors: Interested in becoming a Pre-Qualified Lead Abatement Contractor for the Manchester Lead Program? We will begin to schedule bid walks in May 2019. All contractors will need to complete prequalification application, even those who bid in prior programs. The earliest we could have new projects to bid would be May 2019.
Lead abatement training sessions will be available for new contractors and workers.
If you are a Tenant seeking properties which have participated in our program to mitigate lead hazards, please review our lead-safe housing registry.
