Manchester Housing Initiatives has CDBG funds available for small rehab projects in owner-occupied homes. Owners must be low-to-moderate income. Properties must be single family, 2, 3 or 4 housing units total. Projects are typically less than $15,000. Funds are awarded as a 0% interest loan. We are also accepting pre-qualification applications from contractors such as electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters. The deadline for round two of projects has been extended due to lack of applicants. All applications for contractors and property owners must be sent in to the planning department by December 19th!
