If you have a leaky roof, a broken sewer line, no hot water, no heat - we've got a program for you. We fund up to $15,000 in repairs in Owner-occupied homes for low-to-moderate income families. We'll work on buildings with up to 4 units - the owner just needs to live in one of them.

It's the last year of this lead abatement program! We expect to sign our last contracts this Spring. If you've had a state lead order or a notice of a child with elevated levels, we recommend you apply before Friday 3/2/2018. You can inquire after this date, but we may be out of funds.
