Additionally, we have updated Fair-Market Rent and Income Qualification sections with 2017 limits. Download our new application. We will accept the prior application form through July 2017 if you already started using that form.
You may receive an annual compliance notice this Spring or Summer. You don't need to wait until you receive a letter in the mail - you can complete your annual compliance requirement now, by accessing our new web form. You can also use this form to file past-due compliance forms.
The Lead-Safe Registry for Manchester has been updated for the quarter - please do reference this list when looking for rental housing which has been treated for lead hazards. You can always ask a landlord if their apartments are "Lead Safe!" If they are, the landlord can show you their certificate.
