The program has been busy, and expects to enroll dozens of additional properties in the coming year. Our first year of the program was productive, with 95 housing units repaired, or under contract.
The City of Manchester will hold its annual lead abatement contractor meeting on Thursday, November 3rd. Contact program staff directly with queries about the meeting time and place.
Please plan to complete our contractor pre-qualification application if you intend to bid on active projects this year. Please also plan to attend the Nov. 3 meeting.
